Not Exactly Designs In The Right Direction
On one hand you have BMW with their Club Of Pioneers and Hydrogen car championing discussion about green issues, and on the other you have them design a concept for 787 plan that only seats about 8. Of course, you get a bed, a meeting room, a garage for your car and a bar. We can't help wondering if the concept by BMW's Designworks USA is sending off all the wrong signals. It's not exactly in keeping with what's going on in the world. Surely, if you were a passenger, you'd have to plant at least a whole Black Forrest of trees to counter the carbon every time you fly??
